Pasta Arugula


Who does not dream of freshly made pasta when he gets home after a long day. I love this recipe, because it is a great way to quickly cook delicious pasta – just follow the instructions and your dream will be reality within a couple of minutes.


Ingredients for 3 persons

  • 350 g spaghetti
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped red chili
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)
  • 150 g Arugula (roughly chopped)
  • 3 tbsp. black olives (chopped)


Cook the spaghetti al dente and save a half cup of cooking water. Next, lightly fry the chopped garlic and chili in olive oil. Add the olives, tomatoes and heat up briefly. Let it simmer by adding the arugula and some of the cooking water. Season with salt according to your taste and add the mixture on top of the pasta. Topped with Parmesan, this pasta is a dinner “delizioso”.
