A Delicious Vitamin Bomb
This Berry Smoothie Bowl topped with homemade crunch is a nourishing energizer. Rich in antioxidant powers, blueberries and raspberries are real health boosters. Take a big spoon and treat yourself with a delicious vitamin bomb.
For the Smoothie
- Frozen raspberries
- Frozen blueberries
- Natural sweetener (Honey or Maple Syrup)
Blend frozen raspberries and blueberries with some water and add honey or maple syrup according to your taste.
For the Crunch
- 25g butter
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 package of vanilla sugar
- 70g oat flakes
- 40g coconut flakes
Preheat the oven up to 190 degrees. Start by heating the butter, honey and 1 tbsp. sugar in a pot under stirring. Add cinnamon and vanilla sugar first, then, oat and coconut flakes. Spread the mixture well on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper. Bake it for 5-6 minutes, until the crunch is roasted golden yellow.
Top the Smoothie Bowl with crunch, berries and coconut flakes.
