Summer is getting closer, which means bikini season is coming with big steps. A healthy salad every once in a while might help to be prepared. I love salads, but sometimes vinegar and oil can get a bit boring. The salad dressings in the grocery often smile at me, however, they can be quite heavy and packed with additives that you probably don`t want to eat. I found a very simple homemade version of a Ranch dressing that is not loaded with too many calories, but still spices up a salad – and might help you to be prepared for summer.

- Oil
- White Balsamic Vinegar
- Tomato Paste (or Bellpepper Paste)
- Salt, Pepper
- Sugar (pinch)
- Some water
