Ingredients
- cantaloup melon
- 1 freshly pressed lime
- 2-3 tbsp. natural yoghurt
- maple syrup
- some water
- crushed ice
Deliciously hydrated
The temperatures are getting warmer, time for some refreshment. Due to their high water content, melons are good helpers to stay hydrated on warm days. The fine lime aroma gives a bit of a twist to the drink that has been one of my favorite in the past days. It is delicious, but very simple to make. Just blend all ingredients in a mixer and sweeten according to your taste. Play around with the sourness and sweetness by adding more lime or syrup. You can sugar rim the glass and serve the drink with cooling ice and melissa. This refreshment will help you to stay deliciously hydrated on any warm day.
