Summers are for light dishes, but who wants to abandon a good pizza? This light veggie pizza is the perfect treat for warm days. The thin dough is deliciously crunchy and loaded with tons of vegetables it ensures that bikinis and shorts keep fitting well.

Ingredients (dough)
- 250 g flour
- 1/2 yeast cube
- Salt
- 1/8 l lukewarm water
Toppings
- Creme fraîche (slightly salted)
- Bell peppers
- Red onions
- Feta cheese
- Zucchini
- Corn
- Red chillies
- Spring onions
Instructions
Prepare the leavened dough by putting the flour into a bowl. Form a whole and crumble the fresh yeast into the middle. Mix it with some lukewarm water and let it leave at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Add the salt and the rest of the water and mix it to a dough. Let it leave again and start preparing the pizza toppings in the meantime.
Salt the creme fraîche, chop the vegetables and feta cheese. When you are finished, thinly roll out the dough and put it onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Spread the creme fraiche on top and add the chopped feta & vegetables. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes until the sides have turned golden-yellow. As a finish, you can sprinkle some green onions and ready is a deliciously light
