Lemon-Salmon Pasta

Smoked Salmon Tagliatelle

A delicious cream sauce with zucchini, smoked salmon and a twist of lemon. Combined with tagliatelle and fresh Parmesan Cheese – you will  feel like you are in Bella Italia !

Lemon- Salmon Pasta



  • Tagliatelle
  • 1 smoked salmon fillet
  • Lemon
  • 250 g cooking cream
  • Chives
  • 1 Zucchini (small)
  • Nutmeg (pinch)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper & salt



Thinly grate the zucchini and cut them lengthways into slices. Fry them in some olive oil on medium heat. Next, add the cooking cream and the juice of half of a lemon. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese, chopped chives and rough pieces of the salmon fillet into the sauce. Season with a pinch of nutmeg, salt and a generous amount of pepper. Let it simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes. In the meantime you can cook the tagliatelle firm to the bite. As soon as they are done, mix the sauce with the pasta.

Before serving, you can sprinkle the dish with some chopped chives and Parmesan cheese for some extra freshness.
