This almond crumble is a tasty breakfast treat. Glazed almonds, crispy biscuits over yoghurt and fresh fruits – a quick and easy recipe, even for lazy Sundays.
Ingredients Crumble
- Sliced Almonds
- 1 tbsp. maple Syrup
- Salt (pinch)
- Butter Cookies
- Candied fruits
- Pecan nuts
Ingredients Yoghurt
- Greek yoghurt
- Peaches
- Honey
- Almond Crumble
Instructions
Mix the sliced almonds with 1 tbsp. of maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Spread the nuts on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes (Keep an eye on them, they easily burn!). Let them cool. Put the almonds in a food processor and mix them roughly, the consistency should not bee too powdery. Next, crumble some butter cookies and coarsely chop some pecan nuts and candied fruits (for example papaya, pinapple or ginger). Mix all ingredients together, sprinkle the crumble on natural yoghurt with fresh fruits and add some honey as a finish.
