Dreams & Visions are the thriving power behind all new creation. It is one of the biggest mysteries of life, which force is driving our need for self-fulfillment. Sometimes it might even feel close to magic when we realize a vision that had only existed in our heads before. This is a motivational letter why you should BELIEVE IN YOUR DREAMS – a credo that every successful artist, writer, or entrepreneur lives.

If you can dream it, you can do it

Dreams are the fuel to accomplish bigger goals. Don`t let today`s reality limit what you are capable of doing in the future. If you can dream it, you can do it.  Dreaming not in the sense of flying a dragon with the Hobbit. By dreaming, I mean that you can vividly see yourself  in this role. It does not have to be something that seems reachable now. But if you can picture yourself for example as a writer, even though it might seem far-fetched today, you can do it.

You can not escape from your Heart

No matter how hard you try, you will never be able to escape from your heart. Our mind can suppress a feeling or ignore a need. But if it is real and it comes from the heart, it will follow you. It might leave you alone for some time, but it will make a U-Turn and eventually reappear. The power of your heart and deeply rooted desires can not be washed out. You can either try to ignore it or listen to what your heart has to say – it probably knows what is right for you.

It`s about the Journey

In our concept of success & failure, there is often only a winning or losing. We never take the first step, because we are afraid to miss our predefined goal. But there is so much in between  – Experience is one of the most valuable learning process that helps us to grow and expand our horizon. Just by embarking on a journey, new paths open up that we had never even thought of. Maybe you might not reach the moon, but you can still land on the stars.

Dreaming is a form of Planning

Before every invention, new business or revolutionizing concept, there was a vision beyond the current reality. Realism is great. It keeps you grounded today, but it also is the most common path to mediocrity. Imagination and dreaming are the thriving force behind all future creation. In fact, dreaming is a higher form of planning. You extrapolate what could be outside of today`s reality and create a new one – the future.

We often underestimate the power of our own thoughts. What we create is highly dependent on the energy that we spread. Every successful entrepreneur, businessman or artist points out that it is one of the most crucial keys of success to believe in the vision that you have. What you think, you create and if you don`t believe in yourself, nobody else will.

The time will pass anyway

Fulfilling dreams takes a lot of time, effort and perseverance, but that is exactly why it is called a DREAM. If it could be easily done within a short time, everybody would do it and it would not be desirable in such a special way. We often think within short time frames, restrict us to self-imposed deadlines, which might be helpful for everyday things. But when it comes to a life`s dream – invest the time it needs, because it will pass anyway.

Believe in your Potential

Do not dilute the truth of your own potential. We often convince ourselves that we cannot change or overcome the circumstances of our lives, which is simply not true. The power that you have to make positive changes in your life is immeasurable. As the great Rumi knew “Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion.”

But you cannot just wish it, you cannot just want it or hope for it, you have to
