Ever since, the tradition of Alsatian Christmas has been continued. Today, Strasbourg is home of  one of Europe`s biggest and most beautiful Christmas Markets. There is barely a place, where you can experience the magic of Christmas better than in “The Capital of Christmas”.

Half-timbered houses are wrapped up in the most beautiful Christmas decoration, lining fairy tale streets with small patisseries & chocolate factories.  Against the impressive backdrop of the historic cathedral, 300 stalls are selling regional craftwork and Alsatian specialties. The old streets are filled with a lovely smell of Christmas spices, cookies & warm wine.
