This Cassis Champagne is a very simple, but super tasty drink for any New Years`Eve Party. Add some crushed ice and frozen mixed berries into a glass. Pour in champagne and a splash of cassis syrup. The berries have a nice cooling effect and, together with the syrup, add some extra fruitiness to the champagne. Lets ring in 2016. Happy New Year!
