I LOVE Mexican food! It doesn’t matter if I am in Southern California (with countless Taco shops, one better than the other) or at home in cool Germany (zero Taco shops) – there are times when I am cooking & eating so much Mexican food that I think I must to be half Mexican, obviously I`m not – but that doesn’t does not stop a fresh salsa from making my day (especially in the summertime)! Tacos by my heart, because a part of my heart feels Mexican. Check out the recipe for delicious beef tacos (“Carne Asada”) and homemade Salsas (Aguacate & Pico de Gallo) – maybe you fall in love with Mexican food too!
