The good news is that you can easily make a super delicious lemonade with all natural ingredients!! Yes, it`s so simple and so refreshingly tasty. All you need is a ginger syrup base to which you add the fruit of your choice! I want to share 3 flavourful homemade lemonades with you that taste wonderful, feel healthy and oh, look so pretty!
GINGER SYRUP
- 200 ml water
- 50 g ginger
- 50 g sugar
Peel the ginger and chop it into small pieces. Heat the water in a pot, add the ginger and sugar and cook for 5-10 minutes, whilst stirring every once and a while. Strain through a sieve and let the syrup cool completely. The benefit of making your own lemonade is that you can determine the sweetness by adding more or less syrup according to your taste! You can store the syrup in a weck jar and use it to make fruity & fresh lemonades:

ALL NATURAL LEMONADES
(Ingredients for 1 glass jar each, about 300 ml)
Lime-Mint Lemonade
- 1-2 fresh limes
- 3 tbsp. ginger syrup
- Fresh mint
- about 300 ml sparkling water
Press the juice of 1-2 limes. Pour into a glass with 3 tbsp. ginger syrup. Briefly stir and fill the glass with sparkling water. Add some mint branches for a refreshing flavour.
Passionfruit Lemonade
- The juice of 2 passionfruits
- 3 tbsp. ginger syrup
- about 300 ml sparkling water
Cut the passionfruits into halves; remove the flesh with a spoon and strain through a sieve. Pour the juice into a glass with 3 tbsp. ginger syrup and stir. Fill the glass with sparkling water.
Pomegranate Lemonade
- The juice of 1/2 pomegranate
- 3 tbsp. ginger syrup
- about 300 ml sparkling water
Press the juice of 1/2 pomegranate. Pour into a glass with 3 tbsp. ginger syrup and stir. Fill the glass with sparkling water and enjoy! The lemonades are best enjoyed cooled with ice cubes!
