A good breakfast a day, keeps the doctor away, that`s what I truly believe in. I love to create little breakfast-brunch meals that are nourishing for the day. Here is one of them: Eggs sunny side up with toasted bread, ham and fresh cress! (I hope you enjoy this hearty breakfast as I did mine today.)

All you need for this Hearty Breakfast is…
- Eggs
- Bread slice (fried) e.g. carrot bread
- Natural Spread
- Mashed Avocado
- Beef Ham
- Fresh cress
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper

Just go hand in hand.
How to make it
Fry the eggs and ham (I used beef) in a pan with some olive oil. After 2-3 minutes, cut a slice of bread in 2 halves and add them to the pan. In the meantime, peel an avocado and mash it with a fork (avocado is a great as a healthy substitute for butter!). Serve everything on a plate and add the natural spread to the bread. Season with salt & pepper and sprinkle some fresh cress. Et voilà!
